Χριστός Ανέστη! Ἀληθῶς Ανέστη!
As we gather to celebrate the glorious Feast of Pascha, we rejoice in the triumph of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ over death and the grave. The feast of Pascha is the heart of our faith, a time when we proclaim with joy and certainty that life has conquered death, and that through Christ’s Resurrection, we too are offered the promise of eternal life. After our journey through Great Lent and Holy Week, filled with prayer, fasting, and reflection, we now stand together in the radiant light of the Resurrection.
This holy season reminds us of the power of faith, the depth of God’s love, and the beauty of our Orthodox tradition. Resurrectional Orthros and Divine Liturgy, with its candles, hymns, and the jubilant cry of Χριστός Ανέστη!(Christ is Risen!) unites us as one body in Christ, lifting our hearts in gratitude and awe. As we break the Lenten fast and share festive meals with our families and community, let us carry the peace, joy, and love of the Resurrection into our homes, our relationships, and our daily lives.
May the light of the Risen Christ continue to shine brightly in your hearts, guiding you with hope, love, and strength.
